To achieve this, we take responsibility for the management of your property and work as your Property Partners. That is, if you’re away on holiday and your hot water cylinder explodes, don’t worry, leave it to us to sort out the most cost effective, comparable replacement. The security system goes off at midnight on Friday? Don’t worry, we’ll arrange for it to be fixed. Tenants have slipped behind in their rent? Whilst we take our tenant selection processes very seriously, occasionally, the unexpected occurs. It’s ok, we have strict protocols in place and we’ll navigate the path forward on your behalf.
