If you’re successful in your application to secure one of our rental properties, we aim to keep our processes streamlined and as environmentally friendly as possible, so you’ll discover most of our forms are electronic, requests for maintenance can be logged online, regular property inspections are booked electronically and we will even arrive for our inspections in our hybrid cars 😊 (Green by name, Green by nature… did you see what we did there?)
